BBQ Pulled Pork
This tasty classic is a breeze when made in the crockpot! Substitute beef or chicken for a little different flavor.
3-4 lbs lean boneless pork, beef, or skinless chicken
3 cloves garlic minced
2 onions, chopped
1 bottle Walden Farms BBQ sauce
1 cup low calorie Italian salad dressing
1/2 cup brown sugar substitute
1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
Place meat in crockpot. Sprinkle with garlic and onions.
In a medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over meat.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove meat. Shred with two forks. Place shredded meat in a serving bowl pour enough sauce over meat just until moist.
