4 (1-inch thick) halibut steaks (about 1 lb)
3 Tbsp white cooking wine or chicken broth
2 tsp light soy sauce
3 Tbsp wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp ground mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place fish in a 13X9 baking dish, lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour over fish.
Bake 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes with a fork.
