Lemon Herb Chicken
A light and tangy way to bake chicken.
4 - 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 - 2 tsp dried minced onion
2 tsp dried oregano
2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place chicken in a 13"x9" baking dish.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake 45-50 minutes or until done.
