Lemon Tarragon Chicken
The bold taste of lemon pared with the minty licorice flavor of tarragon, makes this dish one of a kind!
1 1/2 - 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup white cooking wine
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp dried lemon peel
1/4 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place chicken in a 13X9 baking dish.
in a small bowl, whisk remaining ingredients together. Pour over chicken.
Bake 40-45 minutes until no longer pink in the middle and juices run clear.
