Chocolate Truffles
These little "candies" will satisfy your sweet tooth for sure!
Ingredients:
1 pkg MF cocoa
2 Tbsp water
1 - 1 1/2 tsp sugar free coffee syrup (peppermint, raspberry, caramel, or chocolate are all tasty)
Directions:
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Place teaspoonfuls onto a plate lined with wax paper.
Freeze for 30-45 minutes. Enjoy frozen or let set at room temperature for 5 minutes.
