Orange Jello Pudding Salad
1 (0.3 oz) pkg fat free tapioca pudding ("cook and serve")
1 (0.3 oz) pkg, orange jello (sugar free)
1 (0.3 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding (sugar free, fat free)
2 cups hot water
1 (8 oz) container Fat Free Cool Whip, thawed
1 - 2 (10.5 oz) canc mandarin oranges, well drained (optional)
In a large bowl, combine jello and puddings. Stir in hot water. Use a whisk to stir all the ingredients well. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and then microwave anther 1 1/2 - 2 minutes until it is thick. Refrigerate 1 hour until thick. Fold in cool whip and mandarin oranges. Chill 3-4 hours. Can be made a day or two ahead of time.
Use other combinations of jello & pudding & fruit - such as strawberry jello, chocolate pudding, and sliced strawberries.
