Cinnamon and ground mustard gives this dish a unique flair.
1 lb boneless, skinless pork or chicken
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp zero calorie sugar substitute
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp ground mustard
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place pork (or chicken) in a 13"x9" baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Pour over pork.
