Oh, spaghetti how I've missed you!
2 pkg (8 oz each) Tofu Shirataki spaghetti shaped noodle substitute
4 cups water
2 cups Walden Farms Marinara Sauce
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes (optional)
1 - 1 1/2 cups cooked ground turkey, or Italian Meatballs (optional)
Place noodles in strainer. Drain and rinse very well with hot tap water (2 - 3 minutes).
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add rinsed noodles. Cover and let simmer 15 minutes. Drain. Place noodles on paper towels and pat dry.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add noodles, and "dry fry" for 3-4 minutes, stirring frequently.
In a small saucepan, warm marinara sauce over medium heat. Add meat if desired. Spoon over over hot noodles. Add diced tomatoes and toss.
