Sweet & Sour Shrimp
1 lb cooked, peeled, deveined medium cocktail shrimp (from frozen), thawed
2 1/2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup (with no corn syrup added)
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp brown sugar substitute (optional)
1/4 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup Sweet BBQ Wing Sauce
1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Preheat large electric to 400 degrees.
In a medium bowl, mix ingredients for sauce.
Place shrimp in skillet and add sauce. Cooke shrimp 1 -1 /2 minutes in each side. They are done when they turn pink and begin to curl.
