Vanilla Spiced Pecans
Ingredients:
1/3 cup zero calorie sugar substitute
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
4 cups pecan halves (or your favorite nut)
2 Tbsp oil
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine sugar and spices. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine nuts, oil, and vanilla. Add sugar mixture and toss to coat.
Transfer to a 15x10 baking pan lined with foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool completely. Store in an air-tight container.
