I love food, live on a budget, and diets never really worked for me. I always thought I ate fairly healthy. I ate my vegetables, limited sweets and going out to eat - and yet I still watched my waist line grow bigger each year. I knew I needed to make some changes, but I really didn't know how, and I didn't think I could afford to eat any healthier.

My goal is not to claim any specific weight loss program is a perfect "one size fits all". I agree with doctors, nutritionists, and health professionals in believing that the old tried and true “eating better and moving more” is the best way to lose weight. However, some need a little extra "jump start" to their path to healthy living. Whatever HEALTHY method works for you, I support you in your way to healthy living!
