Zesty Chicken Strips
20 oz boneless skinless chicken tenderloins or strips (about 5 chicken breasts)
2 1/2 Tbsp Hoisin sauce
2 1/2 Tbsp Ketchup (with no corn syrup added)
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp brown sugar substitute (optional)
1/4 tsp vinegar
1/4 cup Sweet BBQ Wing Sauce
1 - 1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cut chicken into 1"x3" stirps. Place in a 13X9 baking dish lined with foil and sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Bake 40 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan, mix remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Pour over baked chicken and toss.
