Winter Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups broccoli florets
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 cup sliced olives
Directions:
Steam broccoli and cauliflower together until fork tender.
In a small bowl, mix lemon, oil, garlic, oregano, and salt. Pour over hot veggies. Stir in tomatoes and olives.
