Lemon Tarragon Cauliflower
Ingredients:
2 cups cauliflower florets
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 Tbsp dried chives
1 tsp dried tarragon
1 tsp zero calorie sugar substitute
1 garlic clove, minced
salt/pepper to taste
Directions:
Steam cauliflower until fork tender.
In a small bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients. Pour over hot cauliflower.
